How Do I Get My Paystubs

Your paystubs are available online through the Paychex Flex employee portal and can be accessed 24/7. You can view, download, or print each paystub for your records.

How to Access Your Paystubs

  1. Visit the Paychex login page:
     myapps.paychex.com

  2. Log in with your username and password

  3. From the dashboard, go to the Pay section

  4. Select Earnings or Paystubs

  5. Choose the pay period you wish to view

  6. Click to view, download, or print your paystub

What’s on Your Paystub?

Each paystub includes:

  • Pay period start and end dates

  • Gross and net pay

  • Taxes withheld

  • Hours worked

  • Deductions (if applicable)

  • Year-to-date totals

Why Paystubs Matter
