How Do I Correct a Timesheet Once Submitted

If you notice an error after submitting your timesheet — such as a missing shift, incorrect time, or wrong date — it’s important to report it promptly so your hours can be corrected and processed for payment.

LIVEWELL offers two ways to make corrections depending on the type of change:


If You Need to Correct One Shift Only:

  1. Go to www.lwhcare.com

  2. Click “Submit a Support Ticket”

  3. Select the category I need to: “Make a Schedule Adjustment”

  4. Follow the guided questions and enter the accurate information.

Our team will manually update the shift in your record and contact you if further documentation is needed.


If You Need to Correct Multiple Shifts:

  1. Complete a new LIVEWELL Monthly Timesheet with the corrected dates and times

  2. Go to www.lwhcare.com/timesheet

  3. When asked “Is this a revised timesheet?”, select “Yes”

  4. Enter the correct dates and times for each shift throughout the month.

This ensures we have a complete, accurate, and authorized record for the entire month.

Important Reminders

  • Monthly time sheets are expected. Please use one timesheet to record all hours/shifts for the entire month.

  • Your Monthly Timesheet must be submitted and recorded in order to be seen in the WellSky App.

  • In order to clock-in/clock-out in the WellSky app the timesheet must be received and recorded before the shift occurs.

  • If you need to report schedule changes or missed clock-ins or outs, please submit a Support Ticket right away
