How Do I Verify My Timesheet Was Received
Once you submit your timesheet through the LIVEWELL website, there are two ways to confirm that it has been received and recorded properly:
After submitting your timesheet at www.lwhcare.com/timesheet, a submission confirmation window will appear at the top of your screen. This message confirms that your form was successfully submitted to the LIVEWELL Care Team.
Acknowledgement From Our Team
Within 3 business days, you should receive an acknowledgment message from our team similar to the following:
“Timesheet has been received and recorded.
Please log in to your WellSky app to view your schedule and to clock in and out for each shift.”
This confirmation means your timesheet has been processed and your schedule has been updated in WellSky.
Still Not Sure?
If you do not receive a confirmation within 3 business days, or you’re unsure whether your timesheet went through, simply submit a Support Ticket.
Important Reminders
Monthly time sheets are expected. Please use one timesheet to record all hours/shifts for the entire month.
Your Monthly Timesheet must be submitted and recorded in order to be seen in the WellSky App.
In order to clock-in/clock-out in the WellSky app the timesheet must be received and recorded before the shift occurs.
If you need to report schedule changes or missed clock-ins or outs, please submit a Support Ticket right away
