To ensure timely payment and proper scheduling, LIVEWELL follows a quarterly timesheet projection process and a monthly payroll cycle.
Care partners are required to submit projected hours by the end of each quarter for the upcoming 3-month period.
Our team will send reminders when the next quarter timesheets are due!
If there are any changes to your projected schedule after it has been submitted, please notify us as soon as possible by submitting a support ticket at www.lwhcare.com → Submit a Support Ticket
This includes cancellations, rescheduling, or shifts that were not worked as planned.
Payday is the 15th of each month
You are paid for all approved hours worked in the previous month
Example:
Shifts worked in June will be paid on July 15
Shifts worked in September will be paid on October 15
Monthly time sheets are expected. Please use one timesheet to record all hours/shifts for the entire month.
Your Monthly Timesheet must be submitted and recorded in order to be seen in the WellSky App.
In order to clock-in/clock-out in the WellSky app the timesheet must be received and recorded before the shift occurs.
