How Do I Clock In and Out with EVV
Two Easy Ways to Clock In and Out
1. WellSky Personal Care (Caregiver) App
Download from your phone’s app store:
Log in using your assigned credentials
Follow prompts to clock in at the start and clock out at the end of your shift
2. Phone Check-In/Out (Telephony)
Important Reminder
You must submit your timesheet first in order to see your schedule and clock in/out.
If your schedule is not visible in the EVV system, submit your monthly timesheet using the form at www.lwhcare.com/timesheet.
Having Trouble?
If you're having issues accessing the app or using the phone system, please submit a support ticket at www.lwhcare.com or call our office directly for assistance.
