Submitting your timesheet is now easier than ever with our new online system.
You can access the form directly by visiting: lwhcare.com/timesheet or go to www.lwhcare.com, click “Care Partner” in the top right corner, then select “Submit Timesheet.”
Let’s walk through it step-by-step:
Start by selecting Yes or No from the dropdown.
Select “Yes” only if you're correcting or resubmitting a timesheet that was already turned in.
Use the calendar tool to select the month you’re submitting hours for.
Enter your full name (the person filling out the form).
Enter the name of the person receiving care.
Click “Add Entry” to input each shift.
For each entry, you'll need to:
Select the date
Enter the start time
Enter the end time
Input the total number of hours worked
Once a shift is added, you’ll see it appear in a summary box. You’ll also notice a row of icons:
Pencil – Edit your entry
Pages – Duplicate your entry (useful for recurring shifts—just change the date)
Trash – Delete an entry if needed
Repeat this step for all shifts during the pay period.
When you're done, click the green Next ➝ arrow.
Use your finger (mobile) or mouse (desktop) to sign in the signature box.
Check the box to confirm that the timesheet is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
Hit Submit and you're done! You’ll receive a confirmation once your timesheet has been successfully received.
Monthly time sheets are expected. Please use one timesheet to record all hours/shifts for the entire month.
Your Monthly Timesheet must be submitted and recorded in order to be seen in the WellSky App.
In order to clock-in/clock-out in the WellSky app the timesheet must be received and recorded before the shift occurs.
