Missed shifts or repeated tardiness
Inattentiveness or lack of engagement with your child
Unprofessional behavior (e.g., inappropriate language, dress, or phone use)
Not following the care plan or your instructions
Boundary concerns (e.g., oversharing personal info or requesting favors)
Anything that makes you or your child uncomfortable

Once your concern is received:
A member of our management team will review and follow up within 2 business days
We may reach out to clarify the situation or collect more details
Depending on the nature of the concern, we will coach, retrain, or reassign the Care Partner
If the fit is no longer appropriate, we’ll support you in identifying a new provider
