How Can I View/Track My Care Partner's Schedule

How Can I View/Track My Care Partner's Schedule

LIVEWELL is committed to transparency and partnership. Families can view their Care Partner’s schedule, hours submitted, and remaining authorized hours through our secure Family Portal.

What You Can Do in the Family Portal:

Once your services are active and your login is issued, the Family Portal allows you to:

  • View your Care Partner’s assigned schedule

  • Track submitted and worked hours in real time

  • See how many authorized hours remain for the current period

Don’t Have Access Yet?

Once services are authorized, you will be sent your login via email. If you have not received your Family Portal login or need assistance logging in:

Submit a Support Ticket and we’ll assist you.

Approving Time

There is no separate approval step required by families for each shift. However, all hours submitted and worked are visible to you in the portal to keep everyone aligned.

If you notice any discrepancies or have questions, please contact us immediately so we can look into it.

Stay Informed

Viewing schedules and tracked time helps you:

  • Avoid exceeding authorized hours

  • Plan ahead for upcoming needs

  • Ensure time is submitted accurately and timely

We're here to support your care journey and make the process as smooth as possible.
